Great food, shared experiences and places to spend time together can give a destination its center of gravity.
Ibex is the official developer for Collective Hospitality Group and its Collective concepts. Our development pipeline explores how those concepts can connect with hotels, outdoor gathering spaces and recreation.
The Park Collective in Comstock Park is actively in pre-construction and is the first adaptive-reuse project for a Collective.
In Union, Kentucky, we are partnering with a landowner to bring a Collective to the community. The project is in the design phase.
Miniature golf and beach volleyball are among the entertainment uses being explored across the pipeline. The program is developed for each location.
